The hardest dreams are the ones where my husband is still alive but I know he is going to kill himself and there is nothing I can do to prevent that from happening.
We can't choose what we dream when we're sleeping, we can choose how we deal with them when we're awake, endure, face forward and let the past pass by, acknowledged yes but not embraced and not indulged to the point of distraction.
